CW@CJB offers a comprehensive running program that starts with a meeting with your coach for group workouts. After your workout, your coach will provide a training plan for the rest of the week for you to follow.
Included in your training: personalized group workouts tailored to your fitness level and workshops led by a variety of fitness professionals. Workshop topics covered will include (but are not limited to) nutrition, hydration, strength training, and yoga.
